HDBooking is HDWEBSOFT's in-house multi-tenant SaaS platform: each business owner (salon, nail, spa, auto shop, ...) provisions a private branded stack in a few setup steps — owner web + customer web + two mobile apps — fully isolated from every other tenant.
Four surfaces per tenant
- Owner web — manages branches, services, staff, appointments, customers; real-time dashboards for revenue, taxes and tips.
- Customer web — browser booking with per-appointment status (Upcoming / Ongoing / Completed / Cancelled) and in-place edits instead of cancel-and-rebook.
- Customer mobile app — mirrors the customer web plus Apple Pay / Google Pay, after-service photos saved to the customer profile, and per-service aftercare tips.
- Staff mobile app — staff self-schedule availability + leave, accept calls, chat with customers in-app, and track earnings + tips after every completed booking.
